REBUILDING & RESTORATION SHOP POLICIES
- A 50% deposit is required to commence work.
- A 25% deposit is required at mid-point of project.
- Balance due upon project completion.
- Please allow 6-12 months for complete restoration.
- Parts not included.
- Transportation & cartage not included.
- Action Rebuilding: Parts Warranty, 3 years defect or breakage.
- Action Rebuilding: Labor Warranty, 90 days.
- Pianos left over 30 days after completion of work will be assessed a storage fee.
- We reserve the right to take possession of instruments left over 90 days without payment.
- World Class Piano Service, LLC not liable for instruments left for 90 days.
- Structural repairs guaranteed for 3 years under normal conditions.
- Instruments not picked up after 30 days will be charged storage.
TERMS
- Maintenance Contracts: Net 30.
- A late fee of $35.00 per month will be assessed to all invoices over 30 days.
- Estimates valid for 60 days.
- Price subject to change.
- All Service Visits must be scheduled 1 month in advance to qualify for discount rates.
- Parking or parking fees to be provided by client.
- Liability for rental and loaner instruments is client’s sole responsibility.
- Failed service appointments will be billed at concert rates.
- WCP is not liable for normal wear-and-tear to instruments.
- WCP reserves the right to rent consigned pianos for advertisement purposes
- An Emergency Service Visit Fee of $50.00 may be applied to all appointments booked less than 1 week in advance.
- An Emergency Service Visit Fee of $100.00 may be applied to all appointments booked less than 3 days in advance.
CONDITIONS
- World Class Piano Service, LLC is fully insured. Certificate on request.
- WCP is a climate-controlled environment, not a humidity-controlled environment.
Please Note: Estimates are based on inspection of the instrument’s condition as of a certain date, temperature and humidity. Additional work may be revealed only after the case and action are disassembled. World Class Piano Service, LLC will notify you of any unexpected problems, but will not perform any labor to correct it until you have approved the extra labor and its respective costs (if applicable).
